It Pays to Deliver...

Recently we announced that we would be making Monday deliveries to Vintage Cellar in Blacksburg for our New River Valley customers that aren't able to make the trek to Roanoke. Well, yesterday I made the first delivery and while I was there I saw a couple of brown paper bags labeled "Mystery 4 Pack".

Not being someone that can resist a mystery, and perhaps feeling my devilish side come out a bit, I chose the "A Hell of a Mystery Pack". Take a look at what I found when I got home...

"A Hell of a Mystery" Pack
This is the mystery sack. Inside are four themed beers chosen by Vintage Cellar staff member, Randall.

Victory Hop Devil
The first beer I pulled out of the bag, Victory Beer's Hop Devil. I've had this beer, but it was long ago. It's time we get re-acquainted...

AleSmith Lil Devil
The second beer I pulled out of the mystery bag, AleSmith Brewing Company's Lil Devil. Here is a beer I have not tried. While I was at Vintage Cellar yesterday I also bought two other beers before finding the "Mystery 4 Pack", and one of those was another AleSmith beer, their Nut Brown Ale.

Lucifer by Brouwerij Het Anker
The third beer I pulled from the mystery bag, Lucifer by Brouwerij Het Anker. Can't wait to try this one!

Devil Dancer by Founders
And the last of the four beers, Devil Dancer by Founders Brewing Co.

I actually have one or two of these in my fridge already!

Overall, I'm very pleased with the contents of the mystery pack, and I'd like to thank Vintage Cellar and Randall for putting it together. It's a great way to discover some beers that may be new to you!
