Classic West Coast IPA brewed on the East Coast by the “Off Centered” Dogfish Head Craft Brewery.  This was the introductory IPA for many craft beer lovers on the East Coast.  Featuring Amarillo and Simcoe hops, for that big hop flavor, while still being eminently drinkable at only 6% ABV and 70 IBUs.

 This kit is designed to make 5 gallons of beer.
